VBS means Vencomatic Broiler System, a multi-tier housing system for broilers. The birds stay on a conveyor belt, which is covered with paper and litter, for the entire growing period. At the end of this growing period, the manure belt is activated and the birds are transported to the end of the house, where birds and manure are automatically separated, and leave the house. A unique feature of this system is the climate control, which creates an optimum climate at bird level.
